Banks distributed Rs.3448.60 Crores under Priority Sector Advances

Ferozepur, March 30, 2022: The District Level Review Committee and District Level Consultative Committee meeting held today under the Chairmanship of Amardeep Gujral, Additional Deputy Commissioner(D), Ferozepur to review the Progress under Annual Credit Plan 2021-22 up to 31.12.2021. Banks have distributed Rs. 3448.60 Crores under Priority Sector Advances to different beneficiaries of Agriculture Sector (2755.27 Crores) MSME Sector (400.91 Crores) and Other Priority Sector (292.42 Crores) against the total target of 6254.37 Crores up to 31.12.2021. Worthy ADC (D), Ferozepur directed DCOs of all banks for achievement of 100% targets up to 31.03.2022 under ACP (2021-22)  under different schemes to help the weaker sections of society in starting their business entrepreneurs for self employment generation in the district.
 
 In this meeting ACP (2022-23) prepared by the Banks in District Ferozepur on the basis of Potential Linked Credit Plan 2022-23 submitted by NABARD.  All the banks have projected ACP (2022-23) for Rs.8446.33 Crores against the PLP 2022-23 of NABARD Rs.10222.21 Crores.  The total increase in ACP 2022-23 is 1.28% over the ACP 2021-22.   Sector Wise Outlay of the ACP 2022-23 is as under:-
