DRV DAV Centenary Public School, Phillaur celebrated Basant Panchami with great enthusiasm, marking the onset of spring and paying tribute to Goddess Saraswati, the goddess of wisdom and learning.

Jalandhar, February 3, 2025: DRV DAV Centenary Public School, Phillaur celebrated Basant Panchami with great enthusiasm, marking the onset of spring and paying tribute to Goddess Saraswati, the goddess of wisdom and learning.
The school was adorned in shades of yellow, as tiny tots from Nursery to UKG came dressed in vibrant yellow attire, symbolizing energy and positivity.
The celebration began with seeking the divine blessings of Goddess Saraswati, followed by a cultural program showcasing the talent and devotion of the students. A mesmerizing Saraswati Vandana was performed by talented girls, filling the atmosphere with spirituality and grace. Students from Classes I and II gave soulful performances on Basant Panchami songs, adding to the festive mood.
To embrace the traditional spirit of Basant,students from Classes III to V participated in kite flying, watching their kites soar high in the sky with joy and excitement. The celebration concluded with the distribution of Prasad, which was relished by all.
Principal Dr. Yogesh Gambhir warmly wished everyone on this auspicious occasion, hoping for prosperity, happiness, and well-being for all.
