BCMITES Organised Farewell Party 2016

Ludhiana, February 6, 2016: Valediction Ceremony 2016 in BCM Sr. Sec. School, Ludhiana, an incredible party hosted and organized by class 11 students (science stream) proved to be a grand event with the colors of the cultural feast unfolding themselves and blending with the beauty of the graceful morning that was awaiting. Guests with impressive personalities joined the hall to grace the occasion. The event began with a welcome speech followed by a melodious welcome song sung by class 11 students whose voice filled and soon enthralled the hall. Bcmites rocked the stage with their captivating dance performance and thought provoking play. Flaunting their attires, the young boys & girls of class XII walked gracefully on the ramp & competed for the coveted titles. Mr. Shane Rally, Ms. Shagun Mehra, Mr. Ashish & Ms. Ishita bagged the titles of Mr. Farewell, Ms. Farewell, Mr. Handsome and Ms. Elegant respectively. Thereafter Geetika of class 12 Non Medical shared her sweet journey of 14 years in the school. Every heart cried, every eye was wet with sentiments and every face was a witness to the fact : the school which had nurtured them years long – they were sure to miss it, terribly miss it all. The Vote of thanks by Shagun was the last of the events that witnessed emotional accounts from every corner of the hall; guests leaving teary eyed, teachers and students hugging each other and the juniors seeing the reflection in the eyes of their seniors of what they were going to encounter a year later on the same platform. Adding life to the party, a powerpoint presentation was showcased and the students went down the memory lane recalling their achievements and success. Mr. D.P Guleria, the principal of the school bid adieu to the students with words full of experience and advice. In his own charming way, he waved the class 12 students a goodbye and wished them a great future.
