Jalandhar, February 19, 2014: The 92nd birth anniversary of the slain chief minister, Punjab Beant Singh was celebrated as “Shanti Divas” by Jalandhar Congress Committee. A large number of party workers paid tributes to Beant Singh by garlanding Beant Singh’s statue. His sacrifice for peace, communal harmony & integrity was recalled.
