Literary Club of DRV DAV Centenary Public School Phillaur organised Best News Reporter competition on Tuesday. It was the dynamic and engaging Best News Reporter competition for the sixth-grade students showcasing the remarkable speaking and communicative abilities of our young talents. The event was organised by Literary Club of the school which  aimed to provide a platform for students to harness their communication skills while reporting on a diverse range of topics.

Jalandhar, August 9, 2023: Literary Club of DRV DAV Centenary Public School Phillaur organised Best News Reporter competition on Tuesday. It was the dynamic and engaging Best News Reporter competition for the sixth-grade students showcasing the remarkable speaking and communicative abilities of our young talents. The event was organised by Literary Club of the school which  aimed to provide a platform for students to harness their communication skills while reporting on a diverse range of topics.

With anticipation running high, the participants confidently took the stage, each armed with their carefully researched news stories. Their presentations reflected not only their grasp of current events but also their creativity in storytelling and their ability to engage an audience.

The judging panel, comprising Rosy and Karman found themselves captivated by the students' compelling narratives and impressive delivery styles. The criteria for evaluation encompassed content accuracy, communication skills, coherence, and the participants' overall stage presence.

Principal,Dr Yogesh Gambhir applauded the efforts of students,congratulated the winners  and stated that such events not only highlight the students' proficiency in delivering news but also foster an appreciation for effective communication.
