Bindra inaugurates institute of open schooling
Describes education as a catalyst for the overall development of the youth
Ludhiana: Punjab Youth Development Board (PYDB) Chairman Sukhwinder Singh Bindra on Thursday inaugurated Dr DK Institute of open schooling in Dhandari Khurd locality.
Calling education a key for the overall development of youth, Bindra said that besides ensuring comprehensive development of youth, education opens new vistas for the individual in varied fields.
The Chairman said that the state government led by Punjab Chief Minister Captain is committed to imparting quality education to the students for which concerted efforts are being made. Bindra said that the PYDB aims at making the youth an active partner in the socio-economic growth of the state by grooming them for future challenges in every field.
He said that the time is not far when the students who would be benefitted from the institute would scale new heights in future and script new history in their lives. He expressed hope that the result-oriented guidance given by the experts in the institute would ensure the holistic development of the youths.
PYDB Chairman congratulated the representatives of the institute for offering graduation, masters in Arts, B.Ed. BBA, BCA and other courses to the youths especially those belonging to rural areas.
He assured fulsome support and cooperation to the institute for any such noble cause.
