New Delhi, October 16, 2015: Bite Club, a Gurgaon-based marketplace for chefs has reached a significant milestone by selling 1, 00,000 meals within one year of its inception. A curated community of chefs offering home-style meals at affordable prices, it has struck a chord with people in the Delhi NCR region. The recent feat indicates the company’s success in finding a solution to meal time cravings for time-starved residents in the busy metro.
Prateek Agarwal, the CEO and Founder, Bite Club expressed his elation at this accomplishment saying, “Most people in metro cities have no access to healthy food, let alone checking on its sumptuousness or freshness quotient. Such tremendous acceptance within a year of opening is a clear sign that we are on the right footing. I think what has helped us nail the deal is the fact that our meals come with the promise of daily nourishment without fleecing customers by charging exorbitant rates.”
Bite Club’s wholesome meals, desserts, and drinks are delivered straight from the kitchens of chefs, recipe bloggers, ex- restaurateurs, professional chefs and many more. The food delivery platform brings an interesting mix of offerings in the gourmet & comfort food segment across regional Indian & World cuisines within the price range of Rs. 100-300 per person, with a minimum delivery value of Rs. 100. Combining the traits of both a restaurant and a Tiffin service, Bite Club is not conventionally one or the other. At present, it is on an expansion spree in the entire Delhi NCR region.

Bite Club is a Gurgaon-based chef designed virtual restaurant which facilitates its native presence through android, iOS and web apps. It was brought into existence in 2014 by three young engineers Prateek Agarwal, Aushim Krishan, merely a year after graduating from IIT alongwith Siddharth Sharma from NTU (Singapore).
