BJP demands CBI probe in AAP''s fake and false charge of bribing AAP MLAs
BJP national general secretary Tarun Chugh.

Chandigarh, September 14, 2022: BJP national general secretary Tarun Chugh has demanded a CBI investigation into the charge of the AAP leaders in Punjab saying that they were being offered bribes to shift their loyalty.

Chugh said it was the most ridiculous joke that AAP is playing on Punjabis for the simple reason that they want to deflect the people's attention from gross corruption the AAP government has done in liquor policy in Punjab.

Chugh said by going to the DGP with a complaint on the basis of fake calls the AAP government is getting into cheap and deceptive politics which, in the long run, would prove to be a disaster for Punjab.

He said a similar plank was played by AAP in Delhi which has ultimately proved to be a hoax when they said that the BJP was trying to dethrone the AAP government in Delhi.

Chugh said AAP is playing a politics of ridicule and mimicry to divert people's attention from the core issues that are putting a grave threat to Punjab.

Instead of addressing problems of illegal mining which has become an anti-national activity and liquor mafia, the AAP government is making cock and bull stories to divert people's attention from its failure to deliver.
