Bollywood celebrity   Mangal Dhillon shared thoughts to motivate students during live session at CGC Jhanjeri

Mohali: Renowned Bollywood celebrity, actor, writer, director, producer and motivational speaker Mr. Mangal Dillon visited Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Jhanjeri on 31st August and presented a deep insight on the current malice paralysing the society including the notorious COVID-19 pandemic and how students can come out of it.
A warm welcome, along with being presented a bouquet, was given to Mr. Dhillon by Balbir Singh Dhol, Registrar and Sr. Director, CGC Jhanjeri, followed by a brief conversation with the management as he was invited for tea before commencing the Live Motivational Session which was broadcast on YouTube, Facebook and Instagram.
In conversation with R J Prachi, 93.5 Red FM, Mr. Dhillon presented his viewpoint on how students can realize their dreams and plans during this time of crisis brought by the COVID-19, how people can overcome the frustration and depression resulting due to lockdown. He also presented word of thoughts to all those students, on how to conduct themselves, who have taken admission in college, and several others who are embarking on the professional world after completing their college.
Irrespective of the religion we follow, students and the youth of today should connect to spirituality to fight the fear that comes from uncertain time that is created by a global pandemic. Emphasizing that if you are connected to your God, he will take you through any tough time. He also asked students to watch the motivational videos on his channel “Mangal Dhillon Channel” or MDC on YouTube where one can find a number of motivational talks from him.
At the conclusion, Mangal Dhillon was thanked for his valuable time and the enlightening talks presented by him aimed at uplifting the mood and momentum of today’s youth and students.
