Mumbai: Mr. Chitah Yajnesh Shetty was awarded a ‘Certificate of Appreciation’ for his noble service to humanity specially on ‘Women Empowerment’ by Her Royal Excellency of Thailand Mom Luang Rajadarasri Jayankura on 7th June 2018 at a grand function held at Rembrandt Hotel in Bangkok. It may be recalled that the martial arts exponent Chitah Yajnesh Shetty and founder president, chairman of martial arts academy – “Chitah Jeet Kune-Do Global Sports Federation” (CJKD) had recently opened its 15th branch in Thailand in a grand philanthropic way. Mr.William Bond - the world director of CJKD, Mr.Sunil Singh Nikku – associate president of CJKD (Thailand), Mr.Karim Bhai and Mr.Trishaan Shetty – CJKD women safety book presenter were also present amongst the prominent guests.

Chitah Yajnesh Shetty is an illustrious name across the globe since more than three and half decades. He has been teaching martial arts for well-known B-town actors and actresses. His academy has spread its footprints not only across various states in India, but also foreign shores in America, Russia, China, Sri Lanka including 14 other countries. Shetty has earlier been decorated with many awards and citations. He was thrilled to receive this award. Back in Mumbai the ecstatic martial arts exponent beaming with joy. “7th June is indeed a big day for me. I am happy to have received this award from Her Royal Excellency of Thailand Mom Luang Rajadarasari Jayankura and thankful to her and others concerned for making my day. When it comes to promoting martial arts, I am always committed. Here too we had facilitated women empowerment and training programme by making the women of our society fearless – inculcating self-confidence, imparting self-defense techniques and promoting healthy lifestyles,” said Shetty. ChitahYajnesh Shetty further adds, “Sometime back The Thai Princess had also met Tamil film superstar Rajinikanth. She had facilitated him and many other film makers for shooting in Thailand, which is another memorable effort from her side too.”
