BONSAI BOLLYWOOD: India's Best Dramebaaz sees auditions by "miniature" Priyanka, Sunny Paa Ji and Bebo

It felt like a scene straight out of 'Honey I shrunk the kids' when the auditions for India's Best Dramebaaz saw tiny little wonders dressed up as popular Bollywood stars, enacting famous scenes from their most memorable films. Mouthing the same lines with aplomb, the kids stole hearts of one and all including judges Sonali Bendre, Vivek Oberoi and director Anurag Basu.

 There was Aryan Raj from Mumbai who came dressed as Sunny Deol wearing a bandana, a sleeveless jacket, glares and jeans. The boy had everyone with splits as he thumped his feet on the floor in Sunny's inimitable andaaz and danced to the actors' famous chartbusters 'Mera Dil Le Gayi Oye' and 'Yaara O Yaara'. 

 Then there was l'il Tejasvini Deshmukh who came dolled up as Jhilmil, Priyanka Chopra's character from the film 'Barfi'. Dressed in a red full-sleeved jacket and a checkered skirt just like Jhilmil, she played the autistic girl to the hilt. Floored by her performance, judge Anurag Basu who has directed Barfi told her, "Priyanka would be so proud to see your performance!"

 With kids playing their favorite screen characters, could Kareena Kapoor's character of Geet from Jab We Met be far behind? Parul Dhillon from Chandigarh played Geet and delivered the lines such as  "Doubt Mat Rakhna ... Sikhni Hoon Main Bhatinda Ki" and "Bhai Saahab aap convince hue ya main aur bolu?" with such sauciness and mischief that the judges fell in love with her!
