BPSMV: Sneha won the Voter Awareness Quiz under SVEEP.

Sonipat, September 20, 2024: A quiz competition and voter’s pledge program was organized at BPSMV under the SVEEP (Systematic Voters Education and Electoral Participation) activity by the Public Relations Office. 

This program was inaugurated by the officiating Registrar Prof. Shweta Singh. Addressing the participants, Prof. Shweta Singh said that we must realize the importance of voting. Every vote is important and voting will strengthen democracy. She called upon the students to vote and motivate their family and people around them to exercise their right to vote. Prof. Shweta Singh also administered the voter’s pledge to the faculty members and students.

Director Public Relations Lt. Col. (Dr.) Anil Balhera gave the welcome address and told the students about the objective of the SVEEP program. He appealed to the students to vote.

The students participated enthusiastically in the quiz competition and answered questions related to voter awareness. In this competition, Sneha, a student of B.Sc. Home Science, got first place. Ashvi of MBA, Seema of MA History and Tannu of B.Sc. Home Science got second place. Pooja of MBA, Manisha of BA LLB, Kajal of B.Sc. Home Science, Kirti of MBA and Tannu of B.P.E.S got the third position.

Dr. Pallavi conducted the program and motivated the first time voters to participate enthusiastically in the upcoming assembly elections. Dr. Suman Dalal, Dr. Anshu Bhardwaj, Dr. Mukesh Dhankhar, Dr. Pallavi, Dr. Sushila and Dr. Ila were present on the occasion.
