CA Bimal Jain delivered Session on Goods & Service Tax A to Z

Ludhiana: A session on Goods & Service Tax A to Z organized where the numerous tax practitioners, Industrialist and young advocates participated and understood the minute details of GST from Key Note Speaker CA Bimal Jain from New Delhi, who described in Detail about the submission of GST R-9 which is the annual return and need to be submitted on or before 31.12.2018. He shared his belief that if a GST Practitioner is well aware of GST rules and regulations, only then he can explain the same to the industrialist in a convincing way.

Mr. Vivek Sharma Advocate of M/s Inder Sharma & Associates explained the mistakes made while submitting the GST R-1 & GST R-3B, can be rectified and corrected by 25.10.2018, he advised the practitioners to keep a check over their GST Dashboard and find the mistakes if any, so that they can be corrected timely. Other experts also spoke about TDS, E-Commerce Operations etc.
