Ludhiana, December 11, 2018: Performance of Congress in 5 states and completion of an year by Rahul Gandhi as President of Congress was celebrated in Ludhiana with cake cutting ceremony.
Under the supervision Pawan Dewan PPCC General Secretary party workers celebrated this victory and they expressed their gratitude to all the voters who voted for them and further promised to fulfill all their needs. This performance also symbolises the comeback of Congress Party as a tough competitor for Lok sabha elections.
