Campaign for Tuberculosis Awareness and Action
To contribute to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare’s commitment to achieving a TB-free India, DRV DAV Centenary Public School, Phillaur, launched a series of activities and competitions aimed at raising awareness and sensitivity among students about tuberculosis and its elimination.

Jalandhar, January 24, 205: To contribute to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare’s commitment to achieving a TB-free India, DRV DAV Centenary Public School, Phillaur, launched a series of activities and competitions aimed at raising awareness and sensitivity among students about tuberculosis and its elimination.
Aligned with the School Health and Wellness Program launched by CBSE for schools, the campaign spanned several days and encouraged active student participation, fostering social responsibility and good health practices among students. Poster Making Competition was held where students creatively depicted the causes, symptoms, prevention, and treatment of TB. An Essay Writing and Slogan Writing Competition was conducted to encourage students to reflect deeply on the issue and express their ideas effectively. PowerPoint Presentation was shown to the students with vital information about TB, its impact, and the steps to combat it. Finally, a Role Play and Model Demonstration was held that brought the theme to life through an engaging and interactive format, ensuring the message reached the students in an impactful manner.These activities not only educated students about the significance of TB elimination but also motivated them to contribute to a healthier society.
