The Capacity Building Programme of the Early Education Development Programme (EEDP) for kindergarten teachers was organized under the auspices of DAV Centre for Academic Excellence (DAVCAE), Jalandhar Zone at DRV DAV Centenary Public School, Phillaur on April 27. 50 teachers of Jalandhar Zone participated in the programme.

Jalandhar, April 28, 2024: The Capacity Building Programme of the Early Education Development Programme (EEDP) for kindergarten teachers was organized under the auspices of DAV Centre for Academic Excellence (DAVCAE), Jalandhar Zone at DRV DAV Centenary Public School, Phillaur on April 27.
50 teachers of Jalandhar Zone participated in the programme.
Under the visionary guidance of Dr. Rashmi Vij (ARO) and cluster head Dr. Yogesh Gambhir, capacity-building programs are organized periodically to empower teachers teaching young toddlers, which presents a real challenge.
The programme aimed to enhance the skills and knowledge of kindergarten teachers to provide high-quality early childhood education.
Kiran Sidhu (Police DAV Jalandhar) and Anchal (DAV Phillaur) shared her expertise in early childhood education, play pedagogical techniques, and assessment strategies. They demonstrated effective teaching play padagogies and assessment allowing teachers to observe and practice experiential techniques in a supportive environment.
Principal Dr Yogesh Gambhir in his highly effective presentation, provided further elaboration on the pedagogies and encouraged teachers to make early childhood teaching so effective that it delivers high-quality education.
