Capt Amarinder Government addressing frills of drug menace and not targeting drug menace itself

Jalandhar, July 25, 2018: Former Minister Punjab Mr Manoranjan Kalia said in a press statement that the Captain Amarinder Singh Government is addressing the frills of the drug menace and not targeting the drug menace itself.
He added the stress should be on the exposure of drug chain supplier by grilling the addicts from whom the addict has got the drug supply to tackle the drug menace.
Mr Kalia asked the Chief Minister Punjab Captain Amarinder Singh, “Against whom will rehabilitated addicts get priority under the scheme of ghar ghar rozgar?”, as Congress Government is yet to fulfill the election promise of giving one employment to the youth in a family under ghar ghar rozgar scheme. Will it not encourage the unemployed youth to adopt addiction route to get employment?
