CE releases list of alternate numbers other than 1912 for consumers to lodge complaint

Ludhiana: In order to provide facilities to the consumers for registration of their complaints, the Chief Engineer Er Inderpal Singh has released a list of alternate numbers other than 1912.

Er Inderpal Singh said that it has been observed that in unavoidable situations such as heavy rainfall accompanied by dust and windstorm, the residents face disruption in power supply.

Hence, in addition to 1912, consumers can register their complaints via following modes as well:
 1. SMS    NO SUPPLY   to 1912
2.  Missed call at toll free number - 1800-180-1512
3.  WhatsApp at 9646101912
4.  PSPCL consumer service App
 
For all the above modes complaint number will be generated.

Therefore, now in case residents are not able to register a complaint at the 1912 helpline number, then they can also call the chief engineer’s office at 9646122070 or 9646122158 to register their complaints.

Besides, Er Inderpal Singh has released a list of numbers of all divisions of the central zone of PSPCL for the convenience of the consumers.
