Celebrating a Decade of Excellence: Crescendo Global Marks 10th Foundation Day

Ludhiana, April 6, 2024: Celebrating a milestone of ten years, Crescendo Global, a leader in executive search and leadership recruitment, hosted a grand celebration at Ludhiana's Nirvana Resorts to mark its 10th Foundation Day. This anniversary event celebrated Crescendo Global's ten years of recruitment achievements and highlighted the firm's commitment to creating significant job opportunities across the country through its innovative platform. Established in 2014 in Ludhiana by Raghav Choudhary, an IIT Mumbai alumnus, Crescendo Global offers services across more than 12 locations in India. The event brought together Crescendo Global teams from Ludhiana and Gurgaon to reflect on past accomplishments and strategize for the future of leadership recruitment.

The event began with a speech by Crescendo Global’s Founder and Managing Director, Raghav Choudhary, who outlined the company’s growth trajectory, inspirations, and future goals. He highlighted how the company takes pride in changing the lives of more than 4,000 professionals by placing them in mid to senior roles across more than 20 industries that Crescendo Global caters to. This was followed by an energizing case study and training session, reminiscent of Shark Tank, led by Mr. Rahul Sharma, Senior Manager of Learning & Development at Crescendo Global. The case study fostered innovation and strategic thinking among participants. A team activity session, led by renowned soft skills expert Sakshi Kapila Sidhu, was a highlight, focusing on essential skills such as communication, teamwork, and sales effectiveness.

A key part of the day's celebrations was the acknowledgment of the internal job opportunities that the firm has created for the professionals of Ludhiana.
