Central forces team reaches Jalpaiguri
A company of central forces has reached Jalpaiguri district to maintain law and order during the panchayat elections to be held in the state on July 8. According to information received from sources, a company of central forces from Northeast India reached Rani Nagar in Jalpaiguri district last night.

Jalpaiguri, June 24 (HS): A company of central forces has reached Jalpaiguri district to maintain law and order during the panchayat elections to be held in the state on July 8. According to information received from sources, a company of central forces from Northeast India reached Rani Nagar in Jalpaiguri district last night.
Central Force personnel have been accommodated at the Rani Nagar Panchayat Training Centre in the district. It has been told that the central forces will conduct a route march across the district today.
