Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Jhanjeri organized a state level cultural function Fashionista – 2019 at its Campus.
Mohali, November 6, 2019; Chandigarh Group of Colleges Jhanjeri organized a state level cultural function Fashionista 2019. As many as 1500 students from 19 schools from Punjab, Chandigarh, Haryana participated in the event.
Aman Grewal, Mrs.India World Wide-2014, was the Chief Guest of the event. Rangoli, poster making, food without fire, card making, just a minute and speech competition were organised at the moment. Besides, Bhangra was presented at the moment was show stealing at the moment whereas modelling competition mesmerising.
The winners of all the events were awarded trophies and certificates. Scholar Field School Patiala, Meritorious School Patiala, Govt. Sr. Sec. School Old police Line Patiala & DAV Public School Patiala were declared as the winners of the first, second and third positions and were honoured with the cash prizes of Rs.10,000, Rs.7500, Rs.5000, respectively, along with trophies & certificates. Chief Guest Grewal advised the students about the importance of hard-work and shared the mantra for success. She said that success is directly proportional to hard work.
Congratulating the winners Rashpal Singh Dhaliwal, President CGC said that such events proves to be extremely useful for the holistic development of the students. Dr.G.D.Bansal, Director General said that the entire function witnessed a healthy spirit of competition.
