Mohali, August 26, 2022: Chandigarh Group Of Colleges, Jhanjeri organised motivational workshop to inspire and empower the students. The key note speaker at the moment was Rupesh Kumar, IAS - Director IT/ Food & Supplies & Consumer Affairs & Legal Metrology/ Tourism. This workshop was on self-discipline and staying committed to achieving set future goals. He shared his success story to inspire and motivate the students and also talk about discipline for cracking IAS exam.
Key note speaker IAS Rupesh Kumar explained to the students not to get distracted and to focus on their goals. Using his unique storytelling capabilities, he informed the students about the importance of their prime years in building their professional careers and how they should never ruin these years. He further emphasized that techniques like making a daily routine, setting daily goals, and self-discipline can help them stay focused and grow. According to him mantra of success is avoiding distractions, developing communication skills, introducing reading habits, and a good combination of smart work and hard work.
While speaking on the occasion President Rachpal singh Dhaliwal shared that we try to prepare our students for the global market & such events are helpful for the students to solve the purpose & their holistic development.
