She is the Creative Director and Co-Founder of 612 League. The talk spanned the current challenges of sluggish demand, lack of liquidity and lack of labour. It is the need of the hour for fashion and lifestyle brands to stay most relevant to the customers. The New Normal will lead to changes in consumer behaviour that would encompass the propensity to save or to consume. The areas to lookout for new entrepreneurial opportunities include wellness, safety, health and comfort. The garment manufacturers need to have multitasking capabilities, learn to work with smaller workforce and to work from home. The jobs in this industry, in the future, would not look for domain specific people. Cataloguing, styling, photography, influencer marketing, fashion blogging, retail analytics and e-Commerce will be the future.
