Chandigarh: DAV College 1st year student Aagman Bhatia needs to no introduction. A bright cricketer and ambassador of Swachh Bharat campaign, Aagman is now all set to foray into the world of modelling.

“I am eyeing for a long-term career in TV fashion. However, even in modelling I will try to focus and promote sports and sanitation, which have become very important in view of coronavirus. We need strong immunity to fight against the virus. Sports, sanitation and modelling help you improve your immunity.”

He shot into prominence at the age of 12 when he conceived and made Swachh Bhart, a portal dedicated to promote cleanliness after Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s clarion call for Swachh Bharat, which soon became a national movement.

His main goal is to enter the world of Bollywood. “Modelling will be a use medium for me to enter into the world of Bollywood as well,” he said.   

He has already played the UT Chandigarh Under-17 and 14 tournaments. He has also played all-rounder role when DPS, Chandigarh, got first St Kabir cricket trophy in 2014. He has won many state awards while playing from the DPS Under-17.

Aagman said that he would soon be shifting to Bengaluru. He is doing his BCA from the Panjab University, Chandigarh. He may go to London for acting school soon after completing graduation. His profile has been selected by major modelling agencies. Initially, he will showcase his talent at Glamour World. 

He may continue promoting cricket as well. The RCL -- Rural Cricket League -- he is launching soon along with his father.
