Chandigarh's two senior opthalmologist bag award at 79th Annual Conference of All India Ophthalmology Society 

Chandigarh: The Annual Conference of All India Ophthalmology was held online from June 24 to June 27, Dr. Mangat Ram Dogra, Director Retina Grewal Eye Institute, and Former HOD Advanced Eye Department PGI received Dr. Nemperumalasamy Endowment Lecture Award, the prestigious award in the world of ophthalmology. 

Professor Dogra also received a citation, shawl, memento and a cheque of 1 lakh. He gave his lecture on Science of Ophthalmology and My Philosophy. Professor Dogra has given 3336 citations so far and has made significant contribution to the world of ophthalmology.

Dr. Manpreet Brar, former International Retina Fellow California and presently Consultant Retina Services Grewal Eye Institute has been conferred with the IJO Certificate of Merit Award. He presented a paper on Tubercular Choroditis published in the Indian Journal of Ophthalmology. Dr SPS Grewal, Founder Grewal Eye Institute said that Grewal Eye Institute is contributing in the world of ophthalmology through eye care research and innovation in North India.
