Charges for covid testing revised/slashed

Ludhiana; In an official statement issued today, Secretary of DMCH Managing Society Prem Kumar Gupta informed that as per Government’ recent guidelines, charges for COVID 19 RT PCR test is now fixed at Rs. 2,500.
No private medical college or hospital can fix their own rate structure for COVID testing.
Earlier, COVID-19 RT PCR test was charged at Rs.4,500 per test to all private hospitals and all OPD patients and government samples were charged at Rs 2,500 but the charges now are applicable as per the Government’s recent guidelines.
