Chennai finds face of fashion with Grand Finale of “Phoenix Mega Model Hunt 2022" at Phoenix Marketcity

Chennai, October 10, 2022: Presenting an epitome of style and elegance, the city of Chennai witnessed the most coveted model hunt in the country on October 9, starting at 6 pm in the evening, Phoenix Market City, one of Chennai's upscale malls, hosted The Phoenix Mega Model Hunt 2022 with Prasad Bidapa.  Aimed to offer a platform for aspiring models to scale the ladder of becoming the country’s most-sought-after model, the hunt, witnessed a turnout of 750+ candidates in sheer glamour for the audition.
 
Contestants were shortlisted post an initial screening and 45 charismatic models moved to the finals. The stage provided a one-of-a-kind opportunity for the candidates to showcase the best of their talents to a plethora of fashion industry leaders, as they walked the ramp. For the following 6 categories, models were selected, and prizes were given.

BEST BODY: Male: Lal, Female- Prachi

BOLLYWOOD: Male: Tassil, Female: Gagana
KOLLYWOOD: Male: Abhinav, Female: Debnita
 
The panel of juries beheld renowned stalwarts including Prasad Bidapa, Mister World India 2014
Prateek Jain, Designer Aviva Bidapa, Director & Photographer Haider Khan, Dubai-based choreographer, musician, and artist Kevin Oliver, Renowned fashion designer Sidney Sladen, Musician Behram Siganporia, Actor and Model Ganesh Venkatram, and Model Ethen Parker to name a few. Commencing with a magnificent opening dance routine with fun and lively music, the event presented a ramp walk with novel picks by the models wearing trendy collections from Phoenix’s fashion brands such as Lifestyle, Diesel, Simon Carter, Max, Veromoda, Forever New, Label Ritu Kumar, Simon Carter, Aldo, Charles & Keith, Wrogn, Marks & Spencers, Tasva, AND & Global Desi. Also, models showcased premium brands from Palladium such as Calonge, Kazo American eagle, Owndays, Kompanero, Shoppers Stop, and Genes, among several others.
