Chief Minister Uttar Pradesh called up industrialists of Ludhiana to invest in UP

Ludhiana: A delegation of Industrialists under the leadership of Mr. Gurmeet Singh Kular President FICO (Federation of Industrial & Commercial Organization) along with Mr. T.R. Mishra Chairman Federation of Dying Factories Association, met Shri Yogi Adityanath, Chief Minister Government of Uttar Pradesh, who called up the Industrialists of Ludhiana to invest in Uttar Pradesh. The delegation also met Sh. Arvind Kumar, IAS, Additional Chief Secretary, Infrastructure & Industrial Development (IID); & Smt. Neena Sharma IAS, Secretary, Infrastructure & Industrial Development Government of Uttar Pradesh. 

Shri Yogi Adityanath, Chief Minister Government of Uttar Pradesh assured un-interrupted power to the industry for 24 hours 365 days. Further, he said that Uttar Pradesh Government will ensure total peaceful environment for the industry with law and order fully maintained. Further he said that Uttar Pradesh is the part of the Eastern Corridor which will ensure the cheap and easy movement of goods. 

Sh. Arvind Kumar, IAS, Additional Chief Secretary, Infrastructure & Industrial Development (IID) Government of Uttar Pradesh told the delegation that the government of Uttar Pradesh will provide fully developed industrial area near the Junction points of the Yamuna Express Way for easy access to the expressway, that too at very reasonable prices of around Rs.5000 per square yard for industrial setup, with all basic amenities for industry will be ensured by the government. Moreover, the India’s largest Airport is under construction at Jewar in Western Uttar Pradesh.  

Smt. Neena Sharma IAS, Secretary, Infrastructure & Industrial Development Government of Uttar Pradesh explained the various Fiscal benefits on State portion of GST to be provided under the Invest UP.
