CICU and MSME-DFO Ludhiana jointly organised an Awareness Session on MSME Competitive Lean Scheme 

Ludhiana, January 11, 2025: An impactful awareness session on MSME Competitive Lean Scheme was successfully organised by CICU in association with MSME-DFO Ludhiana at CICU Complex, Focal Point, Ludhiana during Buyer-Seller Meet 2025.
 
This session aimed to provide vital insights to MSMEs on enhancing their operational efficiency and competitiveness through the adoption of lean manufacturing practices. Attended by a diverse group of entrepreneurs, industry leaders and MSME representatives, the event underscored the significance of lean practices in reducing waste, optimizing resources and improving overall productivity.
 
The interactive and thought provoking session was conducted by Dr. S. B. Singh, Joint Secretary CICU. In his keynote address, highlighted the pivotal role of the MSME Competitive Lean Scheme in empowering businesses to adopt world-class practices. He shared practical examples and success stories of MSMEs that have benefited from lean implementation, emphasizing the potential for sustainable growth and cost efficiency. During this session, participants engaged in discussions on key challenges faced by MSMEs in adopting lean practices and explored solutions facilitated by the scheme. The collaborative effort between MSME-DFO Ludhiana and CICU received commendation for providing a robust platform for knowledge sharing and capacity building.
