Ludhiana, December 18, 2024: The visit is in line with the Chamber of Industrial and Commercial Undertakings (CICU) Business Networking Group (BNG) initiative to provide knowledge and networking opportunities to its members. The members had the rare opportunity to meet the CEO JR Singal.
Singal shared his valuable insights on leadership and success during the visit and said, “Vision without action is just a dream”. He emphasized the importance of maintaining a clear vision and a constructive attitude as key factors in reaching organizational objectives. Members took their energy and applied it to an action-oriented focus in their industries.
The highlight of the day was the tour of the Eastman Industries plant with Singal himself, who showed off the phenomenal work done by his team and just how efficiently and effectively the operations work. Eastman Industries demonstrated innovative practices and a commitment to quality, which members found inspiring.
The visit was well-structured by BNG and members expressed their deep appreciation and thanked Singal for his insights, time and generous hospitality. The entire CICU team including General Secretary Honey Sethi, Finance Secretary Ajay Bharti and BNG-Manager Ms. Rachna Jain extended their gratitude for the exposure to the insights of one of the key players in the industry.
