The Chamber of Industrial and Commercial Undertakings (CICU) successfully conducted a comprehensive training session on “5W1H, 6M, and Why-Why Analysis” at the CICU Complex, Ludhiana, on Wednesday. The session was aimed at empowering participants with essential problem-solving tools to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making processes in their businesses.

Ludhiana, February 12, 2025: The Chamber of Industrial and Commercial Undertakings (CICU) successfully conducted a comprehensive training session on “5W1H, 6M, and Why-Why Analysis” at the CICU Complex, Ludhiana, on Wednesday. The session was aimed at empowering participants with essential problem-solving tools to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making processes in their businesses.
The expert faculty for the session, Subodh Jain, a renowned expert in industrial process management, took participants through the core concepts of the 5W1H (What, Why, When, Where, Who, and How), 6M (Man, Machine, Material, Method, Measurement, and Mother Nature) techniques, and the Why-Why Analysis method, which are critical for identifying root causes and improving quality standards in business operations.
The training session was attended by 30 industry professionals, who actively engaged with Jain’s insightful presentation and real-life examples. His expert guidance on applying these problem-solving methodologies was well-received by the attendees, who appreciated the practical knowledge shared.
