Ludhiana, January 4, 2022: A delegation of Chamber of Industrial and Commercial Undertakings (CICU) comprised of Sarvjit Singh, Co-Convener of CICU Export Promotion Committee and Kanish Kaura, Vice President, CICU met Suvidh Shah, Joint DGFT, Ludhiana and wished him new year.
They also discussed the various issues being faced by the exporters and about new schemes of DGFT like Production Linked Incentive Scheme (PLI) and other schemes to boost export.
They suggest that CICU and DGFT should jointly start certified courses on import export in coming days, which will help the new exporters to understand finer points.
Upkar Singh Ahuja, President and Pankaj Sharma, General Secretary, CICU hope that new year will boost the export and decrease the hurdles being faced by the industry.
