Ludhiana, September 8, 2024: The Chamber of Industrial & Commercial Undertakings, Ludhiana, announced its participation in Automechanika Frankfurt, the world's leading trade fair for the automotive aftermarket, held in Frankfurt, Germany, from September 10-14.
 
This biennial event has been a cornerstone of the industry since 1971, attracting approximately 133,000 trade visitors from 170 countries and featuring over 5,000 exhibitors from around 70 countries.
 
Automechanika Frankfurt offers a comprehensive showcase of the latest innovations in the automotive service industry, covering product groups such as: Accessories & Customizing, Alternative Drive Systems & Fuels, Body & Paint, Car Wash & Care, Dealer & Workshop-Management, Diagnostics & Repair, Electronics & Connectivity, Mobility as a service & Autonomous Driving, Parts & Components; and Tires & Wheels.
 
Delegation, led by CICU President Upkar Singh Ahuja, comprises 25 esteemed business leaders from Ludhiana. They will depart from India on September 9, to engage with the latest innovations and industry experts at this prestigious event.
 
This marks our second consecutive participation in Automechanika Frankfurt, building on the success of our visit in 2022. The success of previous Automechanika fairs is a testament to its significance in the industry. The 25th Automechanika Frankfurt, held in 2018, attracted around 135,000 visitors from 184 countries, while the latest edition in 2022 saw over 78,000 visitors from 175 countries.
