Ludhiana, July 8,2024: CICU HR Committee Organised Health Talk on Healthy Life Styles for Entrepreneurs’ & Leaders in collaboration with Fortis Hospital, Ludhiana today wherein around 50 CICU members & their HR\IR Professionals attended the same.
Dr. Vishavdeep Goyal, Zonal Director, Fortis Hospital was the Guest of Honour of the event and briefed on the health care facilities available at Fortis for the Industry Members and shared that we all know, health is the biggest wealth for all.
Dr. Deepak Jain, AVP, Corporate Office, Avon Cycles Limited welcome all the Guests and shared that Good nutrition, daily exercise and adequate sleep are the foundations of healthy living. A healthy lifestyle keeps you fit, energetic and at reduced risk for disease Mr Pahwa added.
Dr. Saurabh Arora, DM (Endocrinology) and Dr. Nikhil Bansal, Cardio Specialist Fortis Hospital delivered expert sessions on the subject. Tips to on how to reduce all modifiable risk factors for diseases & to live a healthy lifestyle were shared by the Speakers.
It was a fruitful session for one and all that concluded with a vote of thanks by Ms. Harsha Shetty and also presents a token of gratitude to the guest speakers.
