CICU initiative to provide world-class facility for industry by setup a centre of excellence

Ludhiana, April 23, 2023: A meeting has been called to deliberate about the focus area in the Centre of Excellence and an expert team consisting of Vivek Ramesh Sharma and Trilok Raj Chouhan, Senior Technical Instructor from the National Institute of Design (NID) Haryana visited the CICU Complex and highlighted the opportunities for MSMEs by setting up a centre of excellence.
Upkar Singh Ahuja, President, S.B Singh Joint Secretary and Rahul Ahuja, Senior Member of CICU shared that the main objective to establish a Centre of Excellence for Industry is to provide the best services like high-end industrial & Design Software, 3D Printers & Scanners, Simulation, 2D Design, 3D Design & Development, Proto Typing Workshop, Incubator for Engineering Industry.
They also shared that along with this CICU will facility for short Term Courses, Advanced Course for Degree & Diploma Holders by Collaborating with Universities & National Institutes specialising in Design & Development Projects.
A dedicated team will help the MSMEs with Design management, Materials & Manufacturing and social sciences, and education through participation & teamwork.
The meeting was attended by Tejvinder Singh from Big Ben Exports, Jatinder Singh from Endico Power Tools, Minnie Riat - Owner - Akal Spring Limited, Sarvjit Singh from Man International, Gambhir Harjai from Ballkings, Rajiv Sachar and Nitin from New Swan and other Team members.
