CICU initiative to strengthen human resource culture in industry

Ludhiana, August 30, 2022: A meeting was called to form the HR Excellence Committee, in which more than ten HR Professionals from Industry will contribute with their efforts to strengthen & update the HR culture in Industry.
Upkar Singh Ahuja, President & Sh. Pankaj Sharma, General Secretary, CICU, J.S Bhogal, Organizing Secretary, CICU and S.B Singh, Joint Secretary, CICU jointly mentioned that CICU is working to strengthen each & every aspect of Industry in term of HR, Low Cost Automation, Lean Manufacturing, Skill Development, Awareness Sessions, Exhibition, Delegation to International Trade Fair, Export Promotion and other industrial events which is adding value to the Industry.
Honey Sethi, Legal Secretary, CICU and Rajat Gupta, Press Secretary, CICU were also present in this meeting and inputs to strengthen this HR Core Committee.
The HR Core Committee will organize related program workshops on different topics to strengthen the weakest part in Human Resource each month. The committee suggested organizing an HR Conclave annually.
The HR Core Committee will work for staffing structures and their needs, Diversity initiatives, Labor and employment Laws, PMS, Increment and other aspects related to HR.
