Ludhiana, November 16, 2018: Upkar Singh Ahuja President and Pankaj Sharma, General Secretary, CICU in a joint statement said that Punjab Government is organizing Job Fair in Ludhiana on 19th, 20th, 21st, 22nd November. Industry is passing through Labour shortage due to Diwali & Chhath Pooja. Migrant Labours are back to their home town and production is suffering.
To take the advantage of the opportunity, CICU has decided to participate in the Fair and approx. 35 Companies will recruit 1000 ITI holders from various stream like Welding, Fitter, machinist, Electrician, Civil & mech draftsman and ITI holders from Textile Industry will also be there.
For Small companies having requirements less than 10 Person. CICU will setup a help desk to hand hold for recruitment.
It would be helpful to the Industries, employee Manpower & maintain production levels.
