CICU organised HR Best Practice Competition 2024; Showcases excellence in industrial sector

Ludhiana, August 28, 2024: The Chamber of Industrial & Commercial Undertakings in Ludhiana recently hosted the highly anticipated HR Best Practice Competition 2024, sponsored by Medhavi Skill University and Shri Guru Granth Sahib World University. This event brought together over 100 participants from 30 prominent industries in Ludhiana, highlighting the city's commitment to excellence in HR practices.
During the event, the President of the chamber, Upkar Singh Ahuja, said everyone makes mistakes and faces challenges, but what truly matters is the ability to persevere and rise above them. The competition recognized outstanding HR practices, with Vardhman Spinning and General Mills securing the Gold Prize in Category 2, while National Industries and Uniparts Company received the Silver and Bronze Prizes, respectively, in the same category.
Nano Tech Chemical Brother Pvt. Ltd. emerged victorious with the Gold Prize, while TRB Exports & Highways Industries received silver and Bronze Prizes in Category 1. Happy Forgings secure the Gold Prize in Category 3.
The event was graced by esteemed guests, including Navdeep Kaur from Desh Bhagat University, who received a token of appreciation from Upkar Singh Ahuja, the President of the chamber, Honey Sethi General Secretary of CICU and J.S. Bhogal Organizing Secretary of CICU. Dr. S.B. Singh, the Joint Secretary of the Chamber, expressed gratitude to all participants for their valuable contributions, underscoring the collaborative spirit and innovation within Ludhiana's industrial sector.
