CICU Organises Seminar on 'Grow Sales with Digital Marketing'

Ludhiana, September 17, 2016: One day Seminar on “Grow Sales with Digital Marketing” was organized by Chamber of Industrial & Commercial Undertakings at CICU Commercial Complex, E-648-A, Phase-V, Focal Point, Ludhiana.

Sh. Avtar Singh, President, CICU welcomed the participants and said that in the present economic scenario, MSMEs are to be encouraged for raising talents and skills, which could lead them towards door of success in these challenging times. The participants will learn latest methods and procedures of Digital Marketing for promoting their sales of products and services. He further said that in this global competitive business scenario, this seminar will enlighten participants to add superior values and put in efforts to provide maximum gains to their companies in marketing.

The interactive & thought provoking program was conducted by Dr. Rahul Sharma, Assistant Prof. School of Business Management LPU, who is Ph.D, MBA (Marketing), M.com having about 8 years experience in teaching & research relating to Digital Marketing, Social Networking Sites & Consumer Engagement, E-Retailer Attributes, Market Orientations, Building Products and Developing Markets, Role of Social Media for Organization Sustainability. He has published many research papers in International & National Journals. He discussed in details regarding Entering the Online Space, Search Engine Optimization, Website Development/Management and Web Analytics, Potential of Digital Marketing for Sales Promotion, Digital Technologies and cutting edge Skills/Strategies, Effective Use of Social Media Network for Business Promotion. He also gave important tips to more than 30 participants, including Marketing Head, Managers, Entrepreneurs regarding Digital Marketing to Grow Sales by maximizing the customer visits to the buyer seller website and optimize the cost for engaging and sharing the products/services with maximum people for getting excellent response.
