CICU organized training session on communication to connect for HR and Business Professional

Ludhiana, September 26, 2022: Upkar Singh Ahuja President of Chamber of Industrial and Commercial Undertakings (CICU) said in his inaugural speech that having strong communication skills aids in all aspects of life – from professional life to personal life and everything that falls in between, from a business standpoint, all transactions result from communication. Good communication skills are essential to allow others and yourself to understand information more accurately and quickly, which will make an altogether different approach and achieve assigned common goals. He further said that soft skills and communication play a vital role in the human resources (HR) department, which is an integral part of many businesses. It carries out essential functions, such as hiring and retaining the best possible employees, which can help in the smooth running of a business.
 
This interactive and thought-provoking training session was conducted by Sakshi Kapila Sidhu soft skills trainer, MBA, and founder of M/s Saka Learning Systems, a training company for individuals, corporates, and institutions. She has worked in the IT & banking sector with corporate firms like Reval and American Express. In this session, she explained that using the right words and a balanced approach can improve employee engagement towards achieving a common goal, which ultimately results in improving better quality, productivity, and work environment. She has conducted many training programs on Public Speaking, Confidence Building, Team Building, Effective Selling, Customer Handling, Leadership Skills, Motivational Sessions, etc. for various corporates in India.
