CICU  Skill Training Centre providing free training to aspirants with 100pc employment guarantee

Ludhiana, November 13, 2021: As you already know that Chamber of Industrial & Commercial Undertakings (CICU) is running a Skill Development Centre since 2012 for unemployed and underemployed school & college pass out and drop out candidates for providing an access for Skill Development Trainings in short term (1-6 months) and flexi hour’s courses, improving their employability and making them available for proper jobs in industry and trade sectors of Punjab.
 
Now, a function was organized on 11th Nov. 2021 to re-start the training courses under PMKVY 3.0 at its Skill Development Centre, Gill Road Ludhiana. This function was presided by  Upkar Singh Ahuja President CICU in the presence of CICU members.
 
These courses are run under different Government Schemes like Prime Minister Koshal Vikas Yojana 3.0 (PMKVY 3.0), National Urban Literacy Mission (NULM), Learn & Earn under Ministry of Minority Affairs (GOI) and Skill India Programs for re-enforcement of other National Programs like Make-in-India and Zero Defect & Zero Effect etc.
 
CICU is likely to get the allotment of 200 candidates for training under PMKVY 3.0 scheme for the period up to 31st March 2022.
 
Upkar Singh Ahuja, President CICU also distributed the Skill Training Certificates to the trainees: Mansimran Kaur, Vivek Kumar, Kuljeet Singh, Kunal Kumar, Kajal, Seema, Yashav Sharma, Jagjeet Singh, Karan Kalsi, Mohit Sharma. CICU has made special arrangement for skill training of specially enabled trainees and 2 such candidates Ashish Gilla and Ranjit Singh were also awarded certificate after their training at CICU Skill Development Centre.
 
Satinderjeet Singh Autom Engg., Gautam Malhotra – Jag Certification, Jaspreet Singh – J.P. Industries and many more CICU committees’ member were also present on this occasion.
