Ludhiana, August 26, 2024: The CICU Women Entrepreneurs Forum (WEF) held a significant workshop at The Central Women’s Jail. The workshop focused on promoting health and well-being among inmates, with special attention to Drug De-addiction and mental wellness.
 
The event featured an insightful talk on Drug De-addiction by Dr. Chitsimran Mann, who provided valuable guidance on overcoming addiction and leading a healthier life. Additionally, a Meditation session led by Deepika Nayyer offered the participants techniques to enhance their mental peace and overall well-being.
 
As part of the initiative, the CICU WEF team distributed fruits, lassi, and biscuits to 300 inmates and jail staff, further emphasizing the organization's commitment to the welfare of the community.
 
The success of this workshop was made possible through the generous contributions of Rajni Sethi, Avighan A B Steels and Archana Sarup, Marshall Machineries, whose support played a crucial role in this noble cause.
