CICU Women Entrepreneur Forum (WEF) Visited Akal Spring Limited

Ludhiana: The Women Entrepreneur Forum (WEF) of Chamber of Industrial & Commercial Undertakings (CICU) organized a visit to Akal Spring Limited, Focal Point, Ludhiana, with the noble objective of promoting a Skilling Drive in factories, focusing on breaking mental barriers and fostering collaboration among women workers and staff towards achieving the company's goals.
 
Mini Riat, CEO of Akal Spring Limited, warmly welcomed WEF members, including Rajni Sethi, Archana Sarup, Baljit Kaur, Rachna Jain, and others. As a token of appreciation, WEF members presented Mini Riat with a planter for giving an opportunity to address their women workers.
 
During the visit, WEF introduced its new program, "FLOURISH by WEF," with the slogan "Nurturing Women's Happiness." This initiative aims to address the critical aspect of women's mental health and well-being, empowering them to manage life's pressures while maintaining happiness and fulfillment.
 
The session was attended by more than 50 women workers, focused on instilling positivity in their daily work lives. Baljit Kaur, Psychologist and founder of Free Mind, delivered the session, sharing real-life examples on overcoming hurdles and moving forward.
