Skill Up-gradation of the Industrial employees/workers to enhance the working culture of the MSMEs. CICU has recognized its responsibility in this regard and organized a One Day Workshop on Excellence in Sales & Marketing at CICU Complex, Focal Point Ludhiana.
Upkar Singh Ahuja, President, Honey Sethi, General Secretary, Gautam Malhotra and Sarvjit Singh, Vice President, CICU jointly highlighted that Marketing and sales have two major key roles in our business to attract & developing more customers, which will help to boost the revenue of the company. Nowadays, customers are much more competitive, and sometimes sales & marketing teams are failed to manage the leads due to low skills. In view of this CICU planned a complete workshop to understand their clients by developing long relationships with them.
The workshop was conducted by Koushik Chatterjee, Certified Sales Facilitator, ICF Leadership Coach, ex-HCL Leader, and Director of X-form Learning. He has 22 years of experience in client relations, sales, business leadership, and Learning business. During the session, he explained about how to make it easy for the customer to understand your expertise, build quick rapport before building a long-lasting relationship, understand the full set of needs of customers, how to close the sale with dignity, understand buying modes and motivators, Telling mini-stories to convince customers, Understanding and communicating the impact of success & failure, Handling objections (including price) and other relevant topics were discussed.
