Ludhiana, May 12, 2023: CII Ludhiana Zone Organised Panel Discussion on NAPS & NATS Scheme for their members in collaboration with ICA Edu Skills Pvt Ltd at Munjal Birmingham City University Centre of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, premises on Thursday wherein around 70 CII members & their HR\IR Professionals attended the same.
Rishi Pahwa, Chairman, CII, Ludhiana Zone and JMD Avon Cycles Limited shared his thoughts on the benefits of National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) & National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) to the members. The objective of the CII Ludhiana Zone leadership is to make their members aware on the various schemes of state and centre government which aims to benefit the industry & business entrepreneurs, Pahwa added.
Advocate Puneet Gupta and Ashpreet Sahni moderated the session and helped the industry members in clearing their doubts on the schemes in co-ordination with experts.
Lokesh Jain, Vice Chairman, CII Ludhiana and Randeep Bhoagl, Convenor, CII Ludhiana shared that Industry members should adopt positive approach towards these schemes rather than treating these as statutory compliances.
Deepak Bhalla, Deputy CEO DBEE Punjab graced the occasion and extended his support in implementation of these schemes.
Many others prominent CII members attended the Panel discussion session including Dr. Prem Kumar, Rakesh Kumar, Gurkirat Singh, Abhilash, LB Maurya, Munish Garg, Dr. Deepak Jain, Gurmeet Kular, Jaswinder Bhogal, Chandan Kalia alongwith many HR professionals from Members industry.
