Dr. N.S. Malhi, Vice Chancellor appreciated efforts of Dean Students Welfare and NSS Unit for regularly carrying out the cleanliness activities under the Swacch Bharat campaign. The frequent activities of cleanliness is also developing good habits among the students, will also prevent them from various deceases like Dengue. @ www.cityairnews.com
Talwandi Sabo, October 16, 2014: NSS Unit of Guru Kashi University, Talwandi Sabo organised a cleanliness campaigning in and surrounding areas of the hostels. NSS Coordinators Er Gurpyar Singh, Er Gagandeep Singh, Parveen Kaur and Madam Daizy, guided the students during this camp.
Dean Students Welfare Dr. D.R. Godara stated that around 50 volunteers were involved in this camp. During this camp they cleaned Pantry, Dining area, Rooms, Corridors, Lawns and Indoor Activity Halls.
Dr. N.S. Malhi, Vice Chancellor appreciated efforts of Dean Students Welfare and NSS Unit for regularly carrying out the cleanliness activities under the Swacch Bharat campaign. The frequent activities of cleanliness is also developing good habits among the students, will also prevent them from various deceases like Dengue.
Sukhraj Singh Sidhu, Managing Director lauded the efforts by H.o.D. Mechanical Engineering Er. Kewal Singh Khokhar and said that from the educational institutions this sense of cleanliness, will reach to every corner of society will definitely give good results.
