DMCH, College of Nursing observed The Communal Harmony Day on 25th November, at college campus.
Ludhiana, November 26, 2022: DMCH, College of Nursing observed The Communal Harmony Day on 25th November, at college campus. The Chief Guest for the occasion was Prem Kumar Gupta, Secretary, Managing Society, DMCH. Prof. Sandeep Kaur extended a warm welcome to the dignitaries present on the occasion.
The chief guest, Prem Kumar Gupta, Secretary, DMCH Managing Society, in his address, lauded the efforts of everyone in making this day a memorable one for the students and faculty as well. Dr. Triza Jiwan, Principal, College of Nursing shared a thought provoking and heartfelt message.
She gave a mantra of cultivating ‘Goodness’ to such an extent that it becomes difficult for others to vitiate young minds.
Activities that were held during celebration included Poster making contest, Mime, Slogan contest, Declamation contest and cultural dances. B.Sc. and M.Sc. Nursing students participated in all the activities with a lot of enthusiasm and zeal. The winners of the different competitions were awarded with certificates by the chief guest. The program was concluded with a proposed vote of thanks by Prof. Nidhi Sagar, Vice Principal. The atmosphere in the college was resonating with feelings of love for the country.
