Condolence meeting held to observe two minutes silence on sad demise of Pandit Yashpaul 

Chandigarh July 3, 2023: A condolence meeting was held to observe two minutes silence on July 3, 2023 in the department of Music, Panjab University Chandigarh on the sad demise of Pandit Yashpaul, a legend of Agra Gharana, Founder and Ex-Chairman of the department of Music, Panjab University, Chandigarh. 

All Faculty members, staff and Research Scholars attended the meeting and prayed for the departed soul.  While offering heartfelt sympathies and condolences, Prof. Neelam Paul, Chairperson, Department of Music expressed her grief and sorrow over the sad demise.  She prayed that Almighty may grant courage to the members of bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss with strength and the departed soul may rest in eternal peace.
