Jalandhar/Chandigarh, January 25, 2025: The Congress party faced a significant blow in Jalandhar. On Saturday, eight elected Congress members of Bhogpur Nagar Panchayat joined the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). Their joining has given a substantial boost to AAP in the region.
Aam Aadmi Party Punjab State President Aman Arora formally inducted all the leaders into the party and welcomed them. AAP MLA Raman Arora was also present on the occasion.
Welcoming all the members into the party, Aman Arora stated that they have decided to join AAP, inspired by the party's policies and the achievements of the Punjab government over the past three years. Together, we will work to ensure the development of Punjab.
