The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Punjab received a significant boost in Barnala on Friday as Congress leader and Barnala Municipal Committee President Gurjit Singh Ramanvasia and social worker Kulwant Singh joined the party.

Chandigarh/Barnala, September 20, 2024: The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Punjab received a significant boost in Barnala on Friday as Congress leader and Barnala Municipal Committee President Gurjit Singh Ramanvasia and social worker Kulwant Singh joined the party.

Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann welcomed both leaders to the AAP family in the presence of Sangrur MP Gurmeet Singh Meet Hayer. The Barnala legislative assembly seat is currently vacant and election-bound since Meet Hayer was elected MP from Sangrur.

Ramanvasia and Kulwant Singh, along with their supporters, joined AAP after being impressed by the performance of the AAP government in Punjab. They particularly appreciate CM Mann’s efforts to advance the state.

CM Bhagwant Mann stated that all pro-people and pro-Punjab leaders are welcome in AAP. He emphasized that AAP's family is growing daily, attracting more individuals committed to making Punjab Rangla once again.
